The launch of our badge airdrop feature, making it easier than ever for our users to claim rewards and communities to issue them.
For those unfamiliar with Otterspace, we're a community-driven non-transferable NFT platform that allows communities and builders to create their own earned NFTs and issue them to eligible members. Joining the Polygon network allows us to offer even lower transaction fees and make Badges interoperable with the many other projects available on the network.
In addition, with our badge airdrop feature, users no longer have to manually claim their rewards. Badges can be automatically dropped into member’s wallets by the community admin, making it a seamless experience for everyone involved. This feature is a game-changer for both our users and creators, as it makes it easier than ever to distribute rewards and build your community.
We’ll always continue to offer all our other Badge issuance options, including allowlisting and requesting. Communities that want to continue with opt-in rewards can do so using either of these functionalities.
